DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK
----------------------
At 800 PM PDT (0300 UTC), the center of Post-Tropical Cyclone Iselle
was located near latitude 23.0 North, longitude 125.9 West. The
post-tropical cyclone is moving toward the west-northwest near 9 mph
(15 km/h) and this motion is expected to continue over the next few 
days.
 
Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts.
Iselle has become a Post-Tropical Cyclone and is expected to 
continue to weaken until it dissipates in a couple of days or less. 
 
The estimated minimum central pressure is 1002 mb (29.59 inches).
 
 
HAZARDS AFFECTING LAND
----------------------
SURF: Swells generated by Iselle will continue to affect the west
coast of the Baja California Peninsula for a couple more days. These
swells are likely to cause life-threatening surf and rip current
conditions. Please consult products from your local weather office.
